I think he is letting Currie absolutely kill his own career. Consider it repayment for the lies and betrayal that led us to this point.

Currie chose to do the bidding of Haslam to the detriment of his actual employer, the University. Thus doth the University repay his treachery.

So we're to assume the superboosters have pulled DiPietro to their side, and because Currie did what he did, it's their intentions to let him swing in the wind as a bit of sweet revenge?

This would mean DiPietro is out of Haslam's pocket and now one of the good guys?

I'm afraid I can't add much more, I work on Campus, as does my wife, who is in the Athletic Department as well as her sister. My childhood best friend is tight with the Haslams. our daughters played hoops here. we are VFL for sure.

This same news comes separately from both my friend in the Haslam camp and my sister in Law, who works closer to the AD than my wife does. Supposedly i't's major damage control level panic over there (of course is should be) and they know the only way to save everybody's skin is bring in Gruden. They're ponying up the money, but it's A LOT. like unprecedented, **** up the entire price structure on coaching-type money. They are also careful not to leave themselves open to another Kiffin jilt, so they want to be mindful of his contract while backing up the brinks truck. that's about all I know

Well, I have spent an obscene amount of time tweeting today. I’m starting to worry my husband is going to fire me. At points I was close to dropping into the fetal position. So, I rallied and tweeted some more. I’m pretty sure GV was concerned about the number of tweets I was putting out there. But no one has blocked me yet so that’s a good thing. Shout out to all my new twitter friends.

Do NOT get distracted by any coach that is leaked while CURRIE is AD.

Even, for example, if it is Tee.

Haslams would love nothing more than to float Tee's name, watch fans get excited, get him in under Currie, and then effing cut Tee's legs out from under him and then tell everyone "see, we told you so."
