I think there are plenty of "big" names out there we would be happy with and worthy of the Power T brand that aren't named Gruden.

I am fully aware of that and indicated as much by saying - influence.

His influence is characterized by his monetary contributions and inherent power from those contributions. Remove it and.... Ta Da! Easier said than done, but with the right hire and other boosters stepping in, Haslam's absence will be quickly and justifiably forgotten.

I know how you feel. Sometimes the ones we are caring for seem to have so much more inner strength than we do. Glad she is there to be your rock, my friend. :)

Not yet. We’re up against insurmountable odds. This is going to be harder than anything else we’ve faced. Can it be done, yes. Just continue doing everything your doing. Don’t let up for even a minute. They think this whole thing will blow over if we get a decent coaching hire...

That’s why I’m stressing we need more time in order to get that done (by not making a hiring decision, just yet.).
