Got something to say? I'm always here...but with the current situation in the AD, there is just not much to say. We have a crisis of leadership that has to be fixed before the coaching matter even needs to be addressed.

It's funny how the boards resident doubting Thomas has become Richard the Lionhearted when he thinks nobody is around. You've been a wilting violet this whole time with your "Grudenometer" reading updated multiple times daily, until now, when we have an obvious issue of leadership. All of a suddenly you've painted your face Orange and are rallying the troops.

You have accusations, level 'em. Or...continue being passive aggressive. Seems more your style.

Think what you may, you have the right... My record is clear for all to see and read.... The honest truth is I never had you on my radar as you never really offered any information only affirmed what others said which is easy to do.

I do find it funny that you now come here after days of absence to try and defend yourself for something that you were never even considered for or accused of ... that alone would make anyone question.... so think as you like... it is a free country and a free message board....

I will say this..... I did not come into this thread to walk away when things hit a snag or a crisis ........

I'll suggest it: YES

1. Knuck was torn up the other day over something he knew but would not disclose. People lit him up over it.

2. Exile cam to Knuck's defense, and said repeatedly that he couldn't release the info, but that the people that could use had it. People lit him up for it.




3. If there is a document out there that has GJ's signature on it, the only ones that can really release it publicly is Gruden or UT. If someone else did, it would be an attorney or someone else that was involved, and someone like that releasing it would violate attorney/client privilege. Whoever did so could get disbarred- lose their job, their law license, etc.



4. Everyone just keep up the pressure: email, tweet, call, we have to prevent a hire from being made while the the heavy hitters do their thing.

I'm hearing Les has called everybody in the Knoxville phone book trying to get an interview. Nobody will talk to him.

That is malfeasance if true. Like him or not, he has possibly the strongest resume of anyone available. If it's a legitimate search, you at least have to talk to him.

But Les Miles is another 9 win a season guy. Why are you willing to settle.

You have to say this about Currie and the Haslams-they have incredibly long arms. Their ability to continue reaching down deeper and deeper toward the bottom of the barrel is remarkable.

When you have someone in power who delights in taking advantage of those he deems inferior, this is what you get. A power trip without regard to the consequences because, oh by the way, won't really have an impact on him. If he gets ousted, he is just ousted. He goes to Cleveland and continues to dig that once proud franchise into a deeper pit of misery and despair.

His only real consequence will come from any legal implications, not from this debacle. Regardless of what happens at UT, he's like teflon. If he gets bumped out, after the initial scrum, he just fades away. Just my opinion. I think Tennessee is not anywhere near his front burner right now.

So I just heard the counter from NC State was more than Currie offered. Smh... they countered with 3 mil/yr. Currie has gone from 8.4/mil to Gundy to less than 3 mil to Doeren.

2015: 31st
2016: 50th
2017: 53rd

It's only gotten worse the longer he's been there
