I asked this earler, but I think I need to word it better... If Gruden did in fact sign (actual contract not just m.o.u.) would Gruden have already told ESPN? If he did tell ESPN, wouldn't ESPN have leaked it out by now? If he has not told ESPN, how much notice should he or will he give them?

Without knowing terms of his ESPN contract, these questions can't be answered.
