ICU nurse here.

Nice! I've been in Geriatrics for 13 years. Wouldn't be anywhere else. They're an underserved population. So overlooked. They still have so much to offer, they just need more help.

My wife is a in home clinical supervisor. The mostly serve pediatrics. And you are right.

We don't know this for a fact. He was dead on with his answers about the course and the people there. I know some of the people there.
PM plays at the Honors course quit regular and there are some very big hitters that come thru the gates at that place. Be careful judging people just because they don't have 10,000 post.

Agreed! I've taken care of 90 year old heart Cath, pacemaker, etc patients whose quality of life is still excellent. Some look like they are in their 70s.

I'm an ICU team builder. I work in all of the units and the ED so I get to care for a wide range of patients.
