Freak made reference to it last night when he was in here cleaning out the trolls. It's not just coming from me.

I looked at all of Freaks posts from last night (sorry Freak ) and he didn’t say one thing about the RF. He did say this:

I been practicing law for over 20 years and I and no attorney I have ever known let a deal go undone when it was really really close!

If the deal doesn't happen, it actually means that it wasnt close at all.

As a lawyer, you should know to look at all options of why a deal didn’t happen.

Me too, and if there is enough mutual interest to get to where the goal line is in sight, parties find a way to get it done. The only way this would break down is if Gruden really didn’t want the job to begin with, which is possible.

dont really think they bargain basement hunt with this administration if they were prepared to pony up big money for a big hire, would divide fan base worse than it is now. No win for anyone

Nobody knew the lady vols name was coming back until the press conference was announced. That’s been a huge deal and Currie kept a tight lip about it. My gut tells me Currie and maybe a very few handful of people actually know what’s going on.

In fact, he acted like he was not that interested one way or the other about bringing the lady vols back. Then he surprised everyone.
