I've never really run into any that think they are above the law, but it seems like any time I get pulled over, the officer finds it necessary to be rude and just unfriendly as though my traffic offense is somehow worthy of berating and scorn. Dude, I goofed. It happens. Quit acting like I murdered the Pope.

Exactly, all the serious crimes going on everywhere at all times. You are over here sweating me cause I didn't make a complete stop at a stop sign. And being a jerk about it on top of that. Its all about that money though, they gotta make them ticket quotas.

Are we so bad that every 3rd page has Basketball comments? I like our round ball Vols but right here and right now...Skarew Basketball!

Dode you are in the night shift Gruden thread. We talk about everything from zombies to crosseyed trannys, squatches and sometimes even sports. Just bring a sense of humor and you will fit in. :hi:

I was listening to Sports Animal today (I live right outside of DC so I hardly ever get to hear anyone talk about UT football) and it reminded me of why I stopped listening to them. Some guy called in saying that UT should look at MAINE'S football coach. I think I spit my food out when he said it.

Hedging their bets...

"Several unnamed sources within the UT athletic department told outlets other than the Chattanooga Times Free Press that Gruden has pulled his name out of the running."

So if several unnamed sources said it, he must be signing the contract tomorrow.

I saw that but he stated he does not report rumor only fact, by himing puting is name on this what does that mean for it being a rumor/fact.

I really hope that I am reading to much into this.

My team member was 88mike in the army too. 101st airborne

Word. I got sent to a unit in Germany, who's only mission was to go to war and haul around highly flammable fuel. Was a rolling bomb. I did it. But when time was up,I was out. The odds weren't on my side with that job. Was the most dangerous job in Iraq IMO. If I would have known,I would have just went ahead and went infantry. They had a better chance than we did. But I don't regret it.

You sound like my friend. He went Iraq, and afghan. He got out of the army for a medical deal.

Dalton area rec leagues had all those big mills. Dozens of them back in the 90s. Therew ere a lot of ex college players that worked in Dalton/north Georgia area.

Thats whats up. I used to live in Tuscalooser(unfortunately). Old and current bamer players would come in and ball with us. Was pretty very competitive!
