I'll guess what went wrong. Hart was half-arsing it and Gruden finally said F U!

Hart then leaks out the typical "Gruden wasn't interested" to the lemming in Knoxville to CYA.

Boosters were having none of it and armed Hargis with a shot across Hart's bow.

Hart has now screwed the pooch and has nowhere to hide.

Basilio is right about one thing. Successful, wealthy business people know how to play hardball.

He does not troll, said he got a text from a friend.

Guys......THINK ABOUT IT! Press Conference room set up, all this comes out today as "no money for assistants" is the problem, and then Hart saves the day. Not sure who it was, but is this not what one poster wrote that was "in the know". Just wait for 3pm and then we will know.

People who are familiar with OU program....I dont know anything about OU at all......but I know this person has connections to OU program...just thought I would ask people to see if they may have heard about this.....I tend to not believe it and at this point but this person texted me because they know I am a Vol fan...and there could be a correlation...I wouldnt get excited about it yet... I have no way to confirm..

Can someone explain why Hargis's report is so ballsy? All I am getting from it is that we extended an offer to him. I just don't see what all the hoopla is about. If he says that Gruden is coming and that he puts his reputation on the line, then I'll be assured. But he just said we offered him.

I'm only saying that I tend to believe the reporter did an accurate job of what he reported and that his sources are directly connected to the players in this saga. jmo.

If what you say is true, we will know before then because media will be notified of an upcoming announcement.

IMO, this would have already happened. Time will tell, but I say any official Press Conference today is unlikely.

I wouldn't mind having Stoops, but he would 3rd or 4th on my list.

No way a press conference happens by 3. The media would already know that. It's less than 3 hours away.
