It sure seems that way. Hart has used Hubbs, Rucker, and Hyams to be his waterboy to spread the smokescreen and air the leaks that he wants to play into his hand. It has been sad how the media has played along.
No offense to Jesus - but I'd rather have Gruden in this particular situation.
Anybody think hart might have sent a contract, which is clearly against the norm, knowing it would get rejected??
He needs the public to know he have it his best shot and doesn't want anybody saying an offer was never made.
There is also a reason Memphis ran a story saying the deal was off 2 hours before TFP ran one saying it was on. Memphis guys could not keep their mouths shut earlier in the week and now they look like fools.
