Anyone remember what time the comments were made yesterday about a certain Chattanooga publication would break the story? Someone (need to figure out who) made this comment I believe earlier yesterday. Clearly some wheels were in motion to release this earlier than when this broke last night.

It sure seems that way. Hart has used Hubbs, Rucker, and Hyams to be his waterboy to spread the smokescreen and air the leaks that he wants to play into his hand. It has been sad how the media has played along.

He was upset that Gruden was overshadowing the SECCG in the news.

Puppy and Bammer Fans need to chill the hell out....Gruden does nothing but increase ratings of the SECCG imo. We all know they're playing tomorrow....Unless the GA Dome blew up or something, I don't think we need to report on them today.

Yesterday, my wife actually asked me if I cared more about Tennessee than my family. And she loves the Vols.

I told her that's like asking which of my kids I love the most, it's a secret....:)

Anybody think hart might have sent a contract, which is clearly against the norm, knowing it would get rejected??

He needs the public to know he have it his best shot and doesn't want anybody saying an offer was never made.

Rucker's arrogance has gotten him out of the loop completely. He can not even buy info from his own agency at this point. Story last night was there was a scramble in all Knox media, especially where he works after the TFP story came out at 11:55 or so.

Then an hour later they (several Knox news outlets) post short snippets with links to TFP.



Pretty funny to watch unfold.

Looking at the front page of TFP, that is an eyepopping headline. Doesn't sound like yesterday's news to me.
