What is the point of a face-to-face meeting? We have phones, video conferencing, etc. The only point of a face-to-face would be to finalize a deal, in my opinion.

THIS - I haven't understood the whole - have to travel to interview piece. JG has been on campus and aroudn enough to know who he is, no real need for face to face until papers are being signed.
