You do realize this is simply a rented room in a strip mall and Gruden himself is the only 'staff' that exists. It's basically his own personal office/film room.

He also uses it as a fundraising group for local high school teams. I doubt it had any influence on their decision, but I thought it was worth mentioning. All of that was sheer speculation anyway

People need to quit worrying about the Mike and Mike thing. The comments made do not change the dynamics of what was or wasn't already in place. No one needs to come out and clarify or do any damage control. It wasn't nearly the big deal that people on both sides think.
