Not new here. I have been reading for years. I am 100 % a Gruden man. I have been wanting him since Fulmer. My question is why in the hell would anyone want Stoops ? What has he ever done ?

That was my guess for biggest pothead. I've heard quite a few stories about players setting off the alarms from too much smoke and other crazy stuff. I probably have no idea who the worst one was. Usually they never get caught.

Well, they had fake penises they would use for the drug tests. Fulmer was hc at the time and he was pretty lax about that (from what I heard anyway). I mean the players you would expect to be clean usually were...I remember jason mitchell came by alot and was one of the single nicest people I have ever met. cj fayton was like that too. It's funny, most people probably don't even remember the names I'm mentioning right now...im glad someone does...those were good times

Lots of good insight around here and good info from the OG crew. Thanks for getting my hopes up that the program is finally looking to get back on track where it needs to be. After our last two hires ended up in disaster, I was hoping third time would be a charm. Looks like we nailed it (or will soon...God it can't come quick enough)

BTW ... I'm with ya bro. I hope this is over soon and the chips fall in our favor. We need a break.

I remember them all. To me , Banks was the one that let me down the most. He could do anything on the football field. I watched the OT of the Bama game we played in 03. The one where he fainted before a play. I know Fayton caught the 4th and 19 play , but Banks was everywhere that day. Think he got busted using one of the fake ones. I believe they said he used the wrong color. lol
