I spoke with somebody in the ad today that would usually be part of a coaching search. He was told that the search was over but was not told any names. Like many other posters have said hart is not saying a word to anybody in the ad. I look forward to hearing who it is and i believe with all the other info out there it is gruden.

Bear in mind that what TN law requires and what UT HR policy is are two different things. Unless your wife works within the UT system she may be an expert on the former, but not necessarily the latter.

I have taken that into consideration and have said as much in prior posts that they may have an internal procedure, but I don't believe it would be a "requirement" for this type of position. If you want to think this job HAS to be posted and that JG and others have to apply and a certain number be interviewed you are welcome to. I do not.

Not trying to be a jerk here, but check your records to see if Cheek's job was posted. Check to see if the UT HC job was posted after the Kiffin fiasco..........

What are they going to apologize for? They've said all along that they are just passing along the information that they have heard...it's up to each of us as to whether we want to believe it or not. They don't owe anyone here anything as far as I'm concerned.
