I am hoping you are right. Even with all these people with inside information saying the deal is done I still have my doubts until I see it for myself.

With all the bad luck we as Tennessee fans have endured over the last 5 or so years this just seems too good to be true.

Would really feel better to hear a confident rumor on someone more exciting as DC....I know what Gruden would bring, and I know whomever is named OC it will be Grudens playbook and calls.........but our defense is where we have been dying more then offense. A rapid turn around will hinge on who sets the tone there.....

I doubt it would be my pick of Bob Shoop....:p (but I can dream) But I don't know enough about Gruden's background to know who he would think about for this. The Zook rumor I think is doubtful, because it's both unlikely and a bad choice. The Raheem one I don't know enough about, but from what I have read about him it's not sending tingles though the shoulder pads either...

I don't see Gruden remotely wanting to go there... they claim their facilities and program are in much better shape then ours? Then how come Petrino pulled in #49, #24, #35 recruiting classes, when Doolittle had #9, #13, #17 classes? The cupboards there are bare... Gruden knows it and knows the only players left are Hamilton and Wilson, both of them gone after this year.

Come on dude bukkake really??? thats not cool about a dude mother and sister. We aren't the ones in school, its clearly Grudens and Strongs kids. Kids make comments like that. This is an opinionated message board, we type and analyze and get analyzed and hopefully receive good information in the process.

Pretty sure most of the tenner rumors were started by ark media as a smoke screen for what we have known since april....its been obvious and between ppl not believing we can get abother big fish and ppl not convinced gruden can't get the job done have washed each other out....he has been in the bag for awhile, a long while....the one holdback is a major booster was endorsing butch bigtime after he was cleared...stated he would donate up to half of butchs salary if we hired him....everyone else liked butch too but knew where they stood with grude and wanted to get him....they have been in negotions trying to bring davis on board to be DC....if this has been sucessful then whoa nelly we r in for a bright future....I've never been happier to be a hog fan
