Last thing, according to my mom's friend Tee Martin will also be on staff. Once again not an insider just passing along info my mom got from a big money guy who hangs around the big money at UT.

Absolutely agree. Recruiting is the backbone especially in the SEC. It's easier to outcoach a team in the big east or mwc. But here in the SEC you gotta get thoroughbreds if you wanna win the race.

i know i might just get pissed and not share anything if I was dealing with some of the crap you all had to deal with. Not saying it isn't true. I just haven't heard it. I don't believe it at this point.

Also, Gruden has pretty much called everyone he knows, that is coaching or has coached in college to pick their brains. He has taken copious amounts of notes. Just because he has contacted someone, doesn't mean he is looking at them to be on his staff.
