I know raheem has been rumored ....but his secondary in Washington doesn't look too great, are we sure he'd be a homerun DC?

I know this is somewhat off topic but i'd rather Not start an entire thread about it.

My question is more for people who were on TOS like ron swanson during the last coaching search or knew a lot about it the details.

Why did Coach Cut turn us down? Ive heard he wanted to bring his entire staff and UT said no. But, ive also recently read that he was about to accept however he was told we had a "few more people to interview" and he withdrew his name from consideration. again sorry to digress slightly.

Other can correct me if i am wrong, but I had been told JG had originally requested that UT push for Cut to come back as OC and pay whatever it took to get him...

I am sure everyone can figure out who's idea that was if it is true... I think Cut is happy where he is though...

Again just what I have heard and do not know it to be fact...

Obviously I'm not insider and I never have claimed to have any information at all. My mom is friends with some people who are close with several big time boosters at UT, and she just got a text today saying that the deal is done from one of these people.

Said deal is done, Morris for DC, and Graham will be retained. Obviously done of this is new information, but it is interesting hearing it from my mom who never talks anything sports and has no reason to tell me this unless the person she knows is trustworthy.

Just a tidbit, happy Thanksgiving. Hopefully we can get him!

Did something new happen making it look like he's going to Arky supposedly? How can grudenville still be saying he's going there?

What Basilio said that Tennessee is not completely sold on Gruden yet on all of his power and demands he wants. I think Stoops is a real good coach but has choked a lot of times and has not matched his 2nd year success of nationial title. I think Jimbo Fisher is doing good but not great because he has talent in his backyard and has top 5 classes ever since he has been at FSU. Strong and Mora I like a lot but can they be constantly good in SEC? Golden I am not impressed at all. Patterson is a solid but not Homerun hire. I other words I really want GRUDEN!

Always the chance Gruden isn't sure either... I mean we are discussing a few steps ahead on the coach that has not yet been named...

I really doubt either of those names, esp Zook.....but then again I really doubted Gruden would be the guy for a long time. If it were me I'd gun for Bob Shoop.
