My biggest fear is DD coaches Sat. and a episode of Springer erupts on the sideline when he starts benching players.

Good Morning fellas,

Review the minutes of the Grudenite Meeting Yesterday
#1) Dooley still knows
#2) Dooley is a coward who tried to quit and/or sneak his name into the UNC vacancy
#3) Dooley threw players unders the bus
#4) Justin Hunter was upset and tweeted about it
#5) Verbal cat fight between Dooley and Hart
#6) Gruden is still the #1 target and offers have been made between 3rd party
#7) Possible McCullers confronts DD
#8) Dooley is gone soon

Anything to add? If not can I get a motion to approve and any new action on the table?

We play in the SEC and that's a HUGE problem for lots of coaches because we play against National Title contenders every single year and in some cases every week for 3 or 4 weeks in a row.

It's really hard to get wins in the SEC no matter who the coach may be.

Our UT player roster is way down on the number of future NFL players right now compared to how many future NFL players we used to bring in every year during our great years.

many coaches do NOT want to have to fight every week in the SEC because they know the odds are stacked against them especially now when the SEC is even tougher than what it was 10 years ago.

Coaches can stay OUT of the SEC and stay at programs where it's easier to get 8, 9 or 10 wins every season and build a well paying, easier career for themselves.

Tennessee is NOT a great destination that's high up on most coaches choices of where they would like to go coach unfortunately especially since it's so hard to recruit really good players to come to UT.

Don't forget that when CDD took on this 5 year rebuilding task that NOBODY else wanted the job and it's not going to be easy or cheap to get a new coach to come to Tennessee.

Ainge now confirming on his show (in answer to a listeners question) that "There is a real possibility that Gruden will be offered the position and a REAL possibility he will accept it.

Not news but just saying how open and public this is becoming

Ainge didn't say it.....Ainge can't say it. Jason, his sidekick who owns the station said it. More incorrect info from OCI.
