there's literally no reason to need to buy more time.

there's more good reason to announce it as soon as humanly possible to get ahead of FL and have a month with this incoming class to get it back together.

I think they want to get through this game without it breaking one way or another. If he takes it then fans will be chanting "Gruden" while we still have a current football staff and if it breaks that he didn't take it then fans don't show up and the ones that do show up aren't excited....

Well....we have once again been trolled by Gruden. He definitely was given the full court press regardless of what Hyams and the national media said....but looks like this has been one giant tease for 36 threads....

On to Mullen and back to mediocrity....

i just think at this point, it's just a hard sell to me, that, the deal is done or will be done tomorrow, and the goal is to float all this misinformation, just to get to Sunday/Monday for an announcement.

Seriously.....left and we were all good except for the Nega's come back and people are ready to launch off of bridges the Reed guy is an attention seeker. Who in here believed JG was on that plane? Yet this guy is periscoping from the airport getting all kinds of views, don't we all wish we had that kind of time? The parties involved don't want anyone to know anything definite until the time is right for them. Guess what, we are really that unimportant in the grand scheme. There is still a game Saturday and there are still coaches and a team that needs to focus, lighten up and when the time is right we will hear, hopefully, we got our guy.
