Infinite amounts of money, power, and planning have gone into to this deal and it has been in the works for YEARS.

These people knew when they started that Gruden would take the job or they would not have invested so much into it.

Currie has no more say in this than you or I, he will just be the guy at the podium announcing Gruden and looking like a hero in the end.

Unfortunately we are on Gruden's timeline and will not have finality until it is the right time for all parties involved.

We do not have long to wait regardless...

Very rare do I ever post but thought I’d share more rumor. One of my best friends is related to one of the board of directors and to his understanding the deal was completed a few days ago and was around $10.6 mil.. not gonna say it’s fact or I’m in the know but passing along the info.

With a few exceptions, in the NFL you have to coach the guys you're given. In college, you get to build your own roster. Gruden was able to win a Super Bowl with Brad freaking Johnson. That's impressive in my book.
