Hoke making what seems to be positive changes in the way the team practices.

Anyone think it will make a difference or is it too little too late?

I'm thinking the latter.

Hard to make changes in a week and then have an immediate impact.

I wasn’t really following what that guy was saying. I work in HR for a large multinational company and I haven’t heard of signed documents etc. needing to be uploaded to some database as soon as they are signed, or an HRIS needing to be immediately updated. I also doubt they are using talent management software like Taleo or iCIMS.

Well Gruden was in play last time and it was very close. Decision by Bama Dave and a booster in the 11th hour ****ed it up. So he isn't exactly off. If you need more info ask someone else. I am tired of the 2012 crap.

In all fairness ALOT of people thought it was wrapped up and a done deal (and it was now known to be very close) what we didn't realize was how f'ing inept the AD was. Think of it as breaking an anvil analogy, I mean how the f do you break an anvil? Give it to the previous AD that TN has had.
