Because I don't agree that it will happen I should not give my opinion ? I'm not being rude and offensive in any way
Isn't that the point of a message board to share differing opinions ?
Kind of like what's going on in our country if you don't agree with something you are a hater.
I don't think they have told the former players anything (other than Manning). No way those guys could keep a secret and there are 100's of them.
there are trolls in every thread. Like bcarter said if you pay close attention you will see. There is no reason to panic though. It doesn't take away from the credible sources that believe. I'm not an insider by any means but have a few sources and give out what little i know. I belive good days are ahead. On a side note, taking my mom for heart cath today, prayers appreciated.
here is the way I see it, orangepill who dropped huge info the other night said he heard from his BOT guy/girl that the deal was done yesterday.........good enough for me. Now it just a waiting game.

It happened when bcarter posted that we have some trolls among us who are seen as trusted insiders. He said they were trying to get him to back their info in 2012 and he refused, blocked them. But he wouldn't say who he was referencing- so now we are all skeptical of any good info. Kind of ruined the night even if he didn't intend to.
I dont think they would ever just straight up tell former players. For obvious reasons.
But as with most things in life, its not what ya know, its who ya know, and a lot of those guys stick together like glue and they probably know a ton of people in and around the program, maybe not enough to get the full scoop, but definitely enough to get a decent trickle of info to kinda connect a few dots.
Your just a troll trying to get a response but I will tell you. Do u think we don't have reservations? Do we strike u as 100%? This thread is about hope! The hope Gruden has accepted! The hope TN is no longer at the bottom but competing year in year out for championships! If you nega Gruden don't like that or cant see that why do you spend so much time reading our threads? I know Gruden hurt you in 12 and you have to act this way to show yourself you don't believe knowing deep down u want it more than you wanted teddy rugspin for Xmas as a child.
Ignore
You would be incorrect with your analysis. We do appreciate a different view point, not the continuation of it. If you were here longer than a hot minute, you would understand that. With that, I will now place you on ignore as I'm sure many already have. Have a good day and Go Vols, Gruden Soon!
I know lots of people have scoffed at the suggestion that this whole thing has been planned in advance, but just take David Blackburn as one example. After a brilliantly successful stint as AD at UTC, he resigns out of nowhere in June, for no specific reason, and is then absolutely silent in public...until today's TFP article.
That is NOT accidental.
Since this is the official Jon Gruden thread...I'm gonna put this here, then DUCK..!!!
I just don't see the reason for all the "Gruden worship".
I don't find the kind of Head coaching experience IN COLLEGE that justifies the over-the-top excitement some folks have about this guy.
There's no question, we're going to pay millions of dollars for a top coach, so perhaps we need to look at what we are hiring if it's Gruden.
NCAA head coach record: NONE
NCAA recruiting record: NONE
OK...Pro record...???
Looks like he has been the very fortunate successor to a couple of good teams already built by someone else. When he did build a good team, it looks a lot like he went out with his bosses checkbook and bought it by finding the best free agents available and paying them whatever it took to come on over.
That's not recruiting great kids all while operating within NCAA rules...that's hiring mercenaries in a league with VERY few restrictions (relative to NCAA recruiting rules).
Just my opinion, and worth what you paid for it.
