Last i heard it was a restaurant and then Kendrick's heirs sold it in 2010 to another developer - not sure of its current state. Had some good nights there in the 80s as well as many other Knox spots.

this is the kind of planning and forethought we Tenesseans hope and dream for. The long term health of the program has felt more important to us than to the people in charge. I hope any and all of what you say is reality (i understand its your opinion) because that would be much more promising than just the next coach.

I know lots of people have scoffed at the suggestion that this whole thing has been planned in advance, but just take David Blackburn as one example. After a brilliantly successful stint as AD at UTC, he resigns out of nowhere in June, for no specific reason, and is then absolutely silent in public...until today's TFP article.

That is NOT accidental.
