Lived in Atlanta during the M. Vick years. These posts remind me of the Ron Mexico posts during that time. If you lived in Atlanta during this time, which included the Petrino years, you would know what I am talking about.

Also, bcarter, if there are trolls among us and you know who they are, why not call them out? Otherwise we will continue to believe them without knowing they’re the troll.

Telling us there are some and not putting your money where your mouth is doesn’t do us much good.

Serious question: What if Gruden is a bust? The man hasn't coached in a very long time and its been even longer since he coached in the college ranks. Don't get me wrong from a personality and stature perspective he is the "man", but I'm more concerned with the Coach aspect. The other stuff simply won't matter if he can't coach.

Was away for a couple hours and boy has the mood changed. I see that some trolling accusations have been made and am not a chicken little type.

My 1 question though...has Pill been debunked or is this a "trusted" poster at this point?

The desire is for there to be doubt all the way up to the actual announcement. Enough has been said by the people I trust to put my mind at ease. These same people will continue to be careful not to spoil the drama. It's a fine line they have to walk and I think most have walked it masterfully. Even some of the negaGrudes are plants being used to maintain that precarious balance in which we all find ourselves.

Think JJ was another. I always loved watching that guy play! No one played harder and reminded me of a banty rooster.
