Say Gruden signs the contract tomorrow (or it’s already signed). Honestly asking, how can they keep it quiet? Someone won’t be able to hold it in right?

So in one level swoop from bcarter we go from cloud nine to the depths of dispair and questions of all our info... sucks, hope we get good news but starting to doubt

Would be nice to hear from Atl Vol or the Beav to shed light on the current state of things

UT has had a real interest in Gruden for years. Posters can hint at all kinds of things knowing this. If JG doesn't accept, "doesn't make them wrong". If he accepts, they're "legends".

None of that should bring you down. UT sounds more than ready to be serious in fb again (no VN insiders necessary to see that). JG may be serious about still having coaching fever. Very well could happen and it has nothing to do with anyone's *sources.

There are 3 or 4 people whose words I pay more attention to here but as far as straight up "this is what's going on", with no cryptic bs, Stonecold is the only one that just called his shot and was perfectly clear about it and how he knew.

Once again, people trolling doesn't lessen our chance on getting a coach.

If Gruden takes the job, Ainge is going to have to find a new career. After being a condescending arse hole for months and getting it wrong, who will want to listen to him?

Haynesworth, Briscoe, Alexander, Hayden, and another VFL I don’t remember their name. I can verify their accounts are real I have checked them. I too feel that they’re not trolling. They honestly know something!! Briscoe also said “Anybody know a good horror movie to watch?” Insinuating Chuckie. Things are looking good fellas! These accounts are real.

They don't want to 2nd either. If there's something reportable, they'd report it. Every media outlet in Tennessee would love for any of this to be true.

Hargis is the one thing I've seen/heard that gives some validity to the rumors. But even with what he's come with, he's only said it moved the odds for him from 30% to 50%... So.....

I'm more optimistic this time, yes.

But I do still think there's a fairly good chance we're getting trolled.... Hard.

That said I do think local media will have a better read on all of this than any of the national outlets. And will be/are more willing to do what Hargis and others have done because of the relationships and credibility they have with these people that are their sources.
