gruden in and out of ktown ... told he'll be in this weekend, and for a couple days leading up to lsu game

top 5 best fit in your opinion ... gruden, frost, mullen

frost with fl slowed down, wants time for the season at ucf ...
sortof shot down kelly to uf at this moment, but said kelly approached uf

boosters spearheaded effort, giving to currie, currie saying lets do what we need to do
gruden using haslam's plane, they're trying to entice him

other ktown media starting to report what he's been saying for 3 weeks, should get ut fans excited

100% sure something is going on between ut and gruden ... doesn't mean is a lock

an offer has been made 7.8 plus incentives = 10.2 range

can't hire bobo ... won't excite fanbase ... ut knows what they have to do

money isn't a factor right now ... we got the money this time
ut is willing to pay ... then says frost or mullen (puke)

rumors from 2012 staff ... what's changed this time ... says leadership at ut changed, making the rumors this time more credible

says davenport will sign off on whatever they put in front of her

says cheek and hart were the problem last time, but leadership won't be the problem this time

will continue to follow ut story and report

says resolution on kendrick story will come out in next couple days

butch is NOT a power 5 coach right now

I see this as being in line with what Beav said. IIRC he said that Currie wasn’t the deal maker but he would be taking the credit.

Listening to Wallace talk it seems as though he doesent believe some of the things he says.
Referring to the if it’s not multiple times Moves the mark to 40% for me

He also mentioned a lot of commotion in and around the office, as to be expected. The funniest thing he said was a TV was turned to MNF last night and it is rarely on anything but Vols promo or SEC network videos.

Lol, and the last nugget in that 3&Out segment was that someone tweeted them they were driving to Asheville and saw the MNF truck headed the opposite direction to Knoxville. :)

I say after we get Gruden the local media stations should throw the kitchen sink to get Trey Wallace. Reports what he hears and I like that. Instead of ignoring reports and saying “there’s no chance.”

My source is saying it will be done in the next 7 days.

I don't want to out my source, but his initials are DH, he likes to wear a hat and point at people, and his name rhymes with Boil Darbraves.

Mullen being our back up plan makes my stomach turn. That's not swinging for the fences.

Chris Petersen or Gary Patterson should be #2 and/or #3 to tell us no.

Anyone besides those 2 after Gruden, will be a huge let down to our program. A bad hire this time may very well completely leave us at Vandy status.

I know Atlantavol would probably share some news if it wasn’t thought to be Gruden. He would let us down easy I believe, so his silence is deafening to me. I am almost 100% certain if he heard Gruden was out we would hear it from him first. Silence in this situation is a very good thing. Anyone see if he’s been active on Volnation? That would be very telling IMO.
