Adrian Martinez's interview with Josh Ward tells me all I need to know. Currie tells him that the next coach will be hired within days. Who else would be available for hire within days? Kelly and Gruden are the only ones I can think of.

No he didn't. He said it wouldn't be hours, but days (not "within" days). My interpretation was that Currie was telling him to hang tight. It wont be done in 24 hours or some absurd timeline. Be patient and he will make a great hire. Dont panic he is telling Adrian.

I don’t remember this much smoke in 2012. At all. Other than that special kid “VolReporter” who talked like he had Tourette’s, I don’t remember any media getting behind it at all. Not even close to the amount of coverage. But then again, look how far social media has come in 5 years.
