The only thing he would say is he did not want Bobby Petrino , said he was a complete azz. He said Gruden would be the best pick followed by Kelly and Mullen. He said it all depends on if UT opens it checkbook.

Yeah that was some BS. That information getting out combined with his horrid coaching will probably be the nail in the coffin for him. At least at HCing.

I don't have any issue with Swain, he has always been one of my favorite VFLs. My opinion on him is that he has a more personal connection with the players and formal players, which would have to make you madder than the average fan with no connection. That being said I don't blame him for voicing his opinion, I just want Jones to land a job to cut some of the buyout down before a lot of this crap gets out. JMO

he sure didnt , he could of squashed the Gruden rumor today. If for anything to get that out of the way. I think by the reporter asking him about Gruden kind of planted the seed to let him know his name is out there and is being talked about.

Anybody remember the poster ReaderVol? He was a huge Jones supporter but hasn’t been on much this season.

I was never a Jones supporter and didn’t like him from the get go but what really drove it home for me was when I was told that Jones is considered a joke in the coaching fraternity and that was by a family member of one of our former OC’s. Only cool story, bro I got.

Butch will land on his feet , it wont be a power 5 school but I can see him going back to the MAC or something.

If you remember when Dooley got fired he still had people on here defending him. I bet those are the same ones still defending Butch

Some people are just all in coach defenders. They love the coach above the program. Happens with every coach it seems.

OK....got my first bit of inside info that may help. Has anyone looked a BOT party that was held at Charlie Anderson’s house sometime the week of the BOT meeting? There were singer / songwriters performing that night.....
