Why does everybody think UT is supposed to be some powerhouse? Nobody cares about UT football west of Knoxville. Here in Nashville, it's Titans country, and there are about as many Bama fans here as Vols fans. UT football is an east Tennessee thing.

I will say this - anything on here about Gruden being anywhere other than the Charlotte metro on Saturday 11/11 is false. He had multiple face to face interviews with Charlotte media yesterday related to Monday night’s game and all were in the immediate Charlotte area. He also spent a huge chunk of the day at Bank of America stadium. Don’t need sources on this, it’s all public info you can find yourself.

Nashville has become more diverse, liberal and a mixed bag of mostly residents that are not native to the city, so yea, Nashville is less orange, but there are still plenty of Vol fans in the rest of Middle Tennessee. There are probably less Vol fans everywhere right now because we suck.

Its still a national brand.....I have lived in Colorado for 27 years, straight from Knoxville, and I still see Power T’s in every large parking lot out here. While people have jumped ship temporarily, it’s still there.
