I’m not so sure Butch hasn’t brought us back down to the Dooley era again from a “coaching” standpoint...

Talent is better but coaching is on par with Dooley.

"Better have a back-up plan?" Really? I could coach this team better than Butch, and I've never coached a down of football in my life. I would start by benching Jumper and teaching my DE's to set the edge instead of getting caught inside every time the opponent tries to run outside. Those two moves alone would make a noticeable improvement in the team's performance. Then, on short yardage, I put the QB under center and bring in an H-back to lead block. That improves our short yardage offense dramatically. And, I would hire an experienced OC. Beyond that, I'm as clueless as Butch.:banghead2:

The backup plan Coasty was referring to, was for Freak and the servers.
