100% confirmed Butch is out tomorrow. Not 100% on Gruden, but close. Not sure why so hard to figure out? None of my posts would stray from this conclusion.

I don’t believe I’m in the minority when it comes to the population in this thread, but can somebody please explain to me how keeping Butch at this point gives us a better chance to go 5-7 now over an interim? I just don’t understand it.

"Better have a back-up plan?" Really? I could coach this team better than Butch, and I've never coached a down of football in my life. I would start by benching Jumper and teaching my DE's to set the edge instead of getting caught inside every time the opponent tries to run outside. Those two moves alone would make a noticeable improvement in the team's performance. Then, on short yardage, I put the QB under center and bring in an H-back to lead block. That improves our short yardage offense dramatically. And, I would hire an experienced OC. Beyond that, I'm as clueless as Butch.:banghead2:
