So, all the people I’ve taken care of after they’ve had stents put in their heart from clogged arteries, where’d the blockages come from? Mud?

I know I'm behind on this (normal), but I did a self experiment. My FNP draws labs every 6 month visit, yada yada, long story short my labs were high at one point, I cut grains and sugar, that's all. Cholesterol dropped to less than 200, triglycerides were less than 100. That's eating bacon and eggs every day mostly. The only issue was the cholesterol ratio was of a little and that corrected with exercise. Fyi I work healthcare so I have been taught and trusted the same crap.
