You're typing 40% but on the inside, you're much more optimistic than that. Just don't want to get burned. I get it.

None of us would spend this much time on here if we didn't really believe.

But why would Gruden want to coach college?

Sorry...just keeping things authentic in here. Haven't seen that argument thrown out of someone's butt yet this afternoon.

I feel very confident in putting this out, but I'm just a messenger with a little inside scoop. I said this announcement is "supposed" to be leaked Sunday this is what was said during the phone call. So we will sit back and see.

Anyone know if Matt Ramsey of Old Dominion is a TN fan? He has toured with Kenny Chesney several times & they played the CMAs Wednesday night

I never saw an answer to this question

It's time to give in. It's happening. We won't hold it against you for not being an early adopter. It's gonna be a good day for all of us!

I know I'm behind on this (normal), but I did a self experiment. My FNP draws labs every 6 month visit, yada yada, long story short my labs were high at one point, I cut grains and sugar, that's all. Cholesterol dropped to less than 200, triglycerides were less than 100. That's eating bacon and eggs every day mostly. The only issue was the cholesterol ratio was of a little and that corrected with exercise. Fyi I work healthcare so I have been taught and trusted the same crap.

Wow. Others are saying the same. Imagine the money Big Pharma would lose on drugs like Plavix, Crestor and Lipitor if this stuff made it to the mainstream. Food for thought.

Not doubting you...it just doesn't make a lot of sense, IMO.

I agree so I keep listing to see if they were pulling my chain but nope they stayed course . Chad was like are you being real he said yes . Maybe they are just Baiting who knows but it made me think twice about it.

We need to eat like our grandparents. From the garden and the farm. Throw out the processed crap.

And I'm guilty as anyone. I know i need to change my diet but it's been hard the way I live and work. Buy I made some changes last week that should make it easier for me.

But, but, but, why would we want Gruden? He has too cushy of a job right now. He hasn't coached in 10 years. He doesn't like younger players. He is only a 54% winner in the NFL. He only won with another coach's players. He destroyed Tampa after the super bowl.

Did I miss anything?

The initial drop I didn't exercise either, because I knew if I did, the standard answer would be the exercise is what changed the values, not the diet. Now when she tells me to avoid whatever food they're telling people to avoid this week, it's basically like your JLaw gif. "Yeah, ok." Personally I've decided the statins, etc are more harmful than good. That's just me though.

Now back to more pressing matters...

Gruden.

SOOOOOOOOON.
