Football wise thats understandable. I am too.

Having "embarrassing" fans (on the Gruden deal) and living in Bama (of all places) shouldn't be a worry.

UT doesn't corner the market on that in any way.

And I think Gruden is still the first target.

Oh no, bama fans are by far the worse. I just need to be able to stand by ground since i cant do it witj actual football. Lol

Don't think winning a NC as a player and a mediocre at best NFL career guarantee's a guy will be a great HC. Saban never won a NC or played in the NFL..

Easy.... I have no love or want of Frost. I've been Gruden or Shaw . Check the stats

I'm missing the significance of 1A and that picture. I will admit, I'm still guzzling coffee to try and wake up, so can somebody break it down so I can move past my "doh" moment quickly.

IMO...Gruden has been signed in some sort of way before Butch was fired. Thats why Currie said "dont believe anything unless it comes from me". Waiting until the season was over to announce was their plan all along. They knew by waiting people would start spreading rumors and thats why he specifically made that statement. Come next week we will have our man. The writing is on the wall. Be patient, enjoy your family and be thankful for what you have and what we're about to have. GBO

You serious Clark?

Frost isn't Gruden, but his coaching tree is extremely impressive, and he's been successful every where he has been. His turnaround of UCF in only his 2nd season is nothing short of remarkable, considering they were a winless team the year prior to Frost taking the job.

Was Butch more "qualified?" May be strictly by HC experience. But pretty clear that Frost has been the more impressive of the two, imo.

Coached under bill walsh, tom Osborne & chip kelly. Played offense in college & defense in the nfl & has coached both sides of the ball. Tremendous upside IMO.
