Curious what it says. I know that the two boosters I had dinner with Friday said that they were meeting up with a few people at the game. Sounded more like a fairly informal "meeting of the minds" to me so I thought nothing of it.
Also, flight N700UT is now going to PORTSMOUTH, NH (Chip Kelly). Seems way too on the nose so I would assume the owner is trolling the fanbase.
No he wasn't. My best friend and his wife are both servers there. They were both working that night when it was posted on thread 36 maybe (idk I work 70 plus hours a week, my wife has GBM brain cancer and I'm continually reading these Gruden threads so my brain isn't very sharp). But I called him as soon as I read the post that JG was claimed to be there (even though not one picture surfaced). Just not trueI really think Gruden was at Calhouns but UTAD got wind that this picture was floating around. Called up Calhouns and basically told them to squash it.
Awesome. Have any pictures??
My dads uncles jumped into Normandy as Parhfinders on DDay, but I grew up around aircraft and have always loved WW2 aviation history.
I recommend three books.
1) The Big Show by Pierre Clostermann. Its basically his diary as an RAF pilot of Spitfires and Tempests.
2) Fighter Pilot by Robin Olds. Dude flew the P-38, P-51 and later the F-4. Was an Ace in WW2 and Nam.
3) Lords of the Sky by Dan Hampton. Its an amazing history.
I have actually been toying with these type thoughts in the past few days...... but I am to much of a realist
Stay in the thread. It will be much more enjoyable to see and hear your reaction when Gruden is announced if you are here for the duration. (fingers crossed) I was a 2012 Gruden lurker and firm believer. It's been comforting to find out over time that it actually did almost happen and that we were not just delusional and gullible.
