Who cares about a press bump....Does it make a difference no as long as it is done by SEC Championship...

I would hold off until the week of regardless of what Florida does...

I get it.

No, I haven't spoken with him. All I know is this has been incredibly organized. There are at least 6 or 7 of them all working together perfectly and with perfect timing. And I'm sure I've missed some.

Hers is my take.
1 Gruden will not deny anything.
2 Gruden threw the hint about Rocky Top.
3 Everone knows how he feels about coaches and rumors while they are still actively coaching. He even said he was not gonna speculate while coaches were coaching (current UT and coaches potentially on his staff)
4 His son is a student at UT. Do you really think he would drag this out if he was not coming ?
These things along with what my son who is involved in high end politics in Tn has told me. I am 100 %. I don't care what a beaver or anything else says.

I believe that statement was made after Hart nixed the deal.

But that's old news. The new guard considered the academic side in advance and won Davenport and others over. Many thought Haslem was standing in the way and an inner battle of boosters was taking place....blah, blah , blah. Have we gone full circle? Folks are fanning the flames for a reason. I think it's a diversion or some idiot, idiots, getting their jollies on messing with Vol Nation hoping we don't get Gruden.

Honestly I’m still at 50/50. A lot of things are in play but I really feel if it doesn’t work it is on him not us. I also believe that if it is not him that we will be ok. I am honestly not worried at this point in the process.

Yeah, so golf courses, drinks, organization, “yes he’s real”, I just don’t think this cat has the access and/or actual influence he has led on. Thus, information is tainted, and his lust for attention distorts said info. I appreciate keeping up with those that have articulated themselves at length about their connection/access/etc. versus this guy who requests we call him “mystic beaver” and has fun twiddling with the graphics on his twitter page while lurking here for reaction
