well here is my thoughts not that they matter. A direct message for beav if your reading however this goes down so be it. I do not know your motives and dont pretend to if you were bringing legit info to the board to try and help the University and it fell through fine. If you were a troll all along fine, it was at least entertaining. Only you know the true intentions you had and I'm not a judger of things I have no idea of. If it goes south guys to say Id be a little aggravated is a understatement but at the end of the day its just a coach and we are still UT and I am proud of that no matter how bad we are or how hard it is to watch my love for the orange will continue even though I hate where we are as a program.

Angel's Envy is delicious, but at $50 a bottle there are many many better bourbons to be had in that price range. I have to have a real hankering for it to cough up and buy a bottle.

Did a blind taste test last year with some quality bourbons (Willett Single Pot Reserve, Blanton's, Woodford Reserve, and Four Roses) and Jim Beam. Willett was the #1 choice among the participants and, surprising to everyone, Jim Beam came in at #2. I prefer Jim Beam Black. Noah's Mill is now one of my favs.

How many of you on VN are NOT approved to read Beavers tweets... That have read every one he's tweeted in the last month?

Anyone in Japan? How bout you VolnJapan?

Well, I don't twit. So I've never asked for that approval thing.

But I haven't yet visited Japan, so maybe I'm ineligible.

The only thing 100% evident to me is:

1. Some people come in here intent to find negative things and they do in everything they see, read and hear and immediately begin their rant of "Close the thread" ... it is embarrassing and a real headache to those who want to learn the truth

2. Some people come in here intent to find positive things and they do in everything the see read and hear and immediately start their rant of "Done Deal" with every post or tweet

3. The truth is probably (as normal) somewhere in between as some things are Negative and some are Positive .... But if you are in this thread you SHOUD be here because you are pro-Gruden and honestly want him to become our next coach!

The only thing I can add is

GRUDEN TO THE HILL!

Wrong about the outsiders.

At this point my belief is the problem lies with the AD, not Gruden. The Scarrabeans have brought the deal and the cash, but needed Haslam on the buyout(hence Haynesworth’s tweet). Something happened with Haslam/Sexton, now Currie’s on the fence.

I admit I may be way off. But my gut tells me different.

Too late to bring the buyout into this, it is done, unless they rehire Butch God forbid!

Didn’t anyone notice he posted one version of his last tweet, deleted it, then almost immediately posted a different version. Not sure what to make of the different tone. Here are the two tweets.

I might be nuts, but I think the terrible shape of the program won't discourage CJG...it will make his resurrection of UT football all that more glorious.

Its the abysmal condition of the program now that is crucial in convincing TPTB to pay CJG's demands. If we were in better shape, we'd have already hired Google McMACconference.

Plus, he would never, ever, ever, face the comment, "Well, of course he succeeded! He had Butch's players!!!" :)

I still believe, Beav! I'd much rather be spending my time believing that there's still hope rather than thinking about the past 10 years.

If your right and Currie goes with Haslam he will live to regret it and so will UT! That I have no doubt about. SOON! GET GRUDEN TO ROCKY TOP!

I think its number 3 and here is why. I believe after watching the LSU game, Gruden realizes just how bad of shape the Vols are in. Meaning, what kind of rebuild job he would have to do here is just too much. Especially for a first time head coach in college.

I can't believe the drop-off on offense. Before the season began I was very optimistic about our OL and after last night we are very far off from competing with anyone much less the SEC teams

Hell all Gruden would have to do is tell it like it is. We Vol fans have to watch this downward spiral and don't expect an instant miracle. It's definitely gonna take a good hard working coach to get us on track to be competitive once again.

Negative...I stay off the Tweet-Verse for more reasons than one would think. My life and job are spent in the Government IT world. So to answer your specific question, I have not read any of Beaver's tweets save the ones others have posted here.
