Despite SchiaNO being an integrity dumpster fire, he went .500 in the Big East, 11-22 at TB, and his defense was blown out by Oklahoma and Iowa this year. What’s the draw? Did I mention he’s a confirmed jerkwad as well?

I followed the Bucs after moving to Clearwater in 2003 right as they won the Super Bowl. Given their horrible history as a franchise, it’s quite amazing that their most hated coach is Schiano. Do some research for yourself on how horrible this man’s character is. MRSA outbreak? Team is soft. Notice how m not even touching the Sandusky allegations.

I’m sorry that you want to fast track our program’s descent into the toilet bowl. If we wind up there with somebody else at the helm, so be it. We will guarantee it with Schiano,

If people want to complain about this guy, complain about the fact that he’s a mediocre hire for a program that just fire two mediocre hires. Many of you are basing your feelings on that alone and that’s legit, but people calling him a child molester or enabling a child molester are off base. That’s a pretty heavy thing to label someone as without any real reason other than one guys recollection.

This is the most ignorant garbage I have heard. There are plenty of coaches who are capable of doing a far better job than Schiano. UT is far more than one man. UT is tradition, UT is pride, UT is family. Tim Irwin said this morning he personally knew Schiano and knows he will not be a good fit in Knoxville d/t his extremely abrasive personality. I agree w/ Tim.

Two kinds of death.
1) A team that can't compete and gives up will kill a program.
2) A controversial coach that makes season ticket holders and donors put their wallet back in their pocket.

I think, with the stories coming out, that it is quite possible we are experiencing death by both 1 and 2.

I'd even take a chance on another up and coming MAC coach at this point.

There was enthusiasm and optimism with Kiffin, Dooley and Jones. Fan base started out on board. Not with this guy. To you it may seem ignorant. In reality, the ignorance is from the administration.
