If we can keep up with georgia, we can keep.up with anyone. But we still need to execute better, so we're not always a field goal away. That could be a repeated experience this season if we dont.

100% fair assessment at this point.

I can't remember the last time I felt this content after an OT home loss to the best team in the best conference.

True. I wouldn’t say ESPN loves us now but I don’t think they hate us like they did in the 90’s. We’ve been down for so long now that we’re getting some traction there is no reason to pick on us I think.

Plus I’ve seen quite a few articles or tweets today that put our game at the best game of the season by far thus far and in the running as best game of the year. It’s clear to anyone with a football IQ that two very good teams squared off and it went beyond the wire to declare a winner.

Told you Notre Dame would still be ranked. They are 0-2. They have not won a game this season. Ridiculous. They didnt even lose to 2 teams ranked in the top 5etc...yall know better than that because they dont play anybody most years at all. They actually played 2 decent teams to start the year for the 1st time I can remember ever...and lost to both of them. Especially after what FSU did LAST year where they were a preseason top 10 team and promptly went 2-10.

Best team talent wise or everything? Because talent wise, the 2016 roster was hard to beat. Coaching was just ****ing horrible.

I would love to have seen what Hype could have done with the talent on that roster.

I suppose it's relative.

I think, for the system and schemes in place, we have the personnel that make this our best outfit in 20 years.

Confirmation that, especially with the portal and NIL, no one really knows what they have until well into the season. Look at UF, tons of talent but no consistent offensive identity and 1-2 looking at 2 wins, 3 tops.
