I bake it and then char it for a few seconds on a max heat skillet afterwards.

I like it real crispy. Have not had it baked in some time. At my age just trying to help eat a little healthier when I can.

My wife's grandfather had gravy and biscuits and sausage every morning his whole life and we had to bury him. He should have eaten healthier. Only made it to 93.
