Just seems we get a constant characterization from the left that the right is violent, unhinged and unpredictable but almost all protest (and protest/riot) is from the left.
And part of the justification for the left protests is that it is a reaction to the right because they are violent, unhinged and unpredictable! It's Twilight Zone worthy.
should be locked up
This is the second writer for a high profile newspaper in so many days to call for Trumps assassination:

Media. Not just some weirdo tweeting from their moms basement. Yet it's Donald Trump supporters that are violent....
I have wondered why the .gov gives a **** about how much you put into your retirement. I would put about 3x what I am putting in right now if I could. Why is it limited? Do they think I am automatically going to spend it? You know, to stimulate the economy?
You know she is getting a promotion and a massive raise in today's media
She is not being fired unless her employer has a policy against this type of violent advocacy - which it may. I tend to doubt though, that she would be so cavalier with this type of remark if she thought it would receive anything but a full endorsement from those she works for... and again this was not illegal (Rankin vs McPherson 1987). This is covered by the 1st amendment.

I'm no constitutional scholar but I'm pretty sure you can't go around talking about assassinating the president, that's got to be a felony.
I'd wager that 1a doesn't cover that.
Rankin vs McPherson seems to apply only to government officials and specifically excludes threats to the prez.
You are wrong. You just can't make direct threats to the president. If she had said, "It's time for me to assassinate the president." then she would be getting a visit from the Secret Service and be in a lot of trouble - that's not what she said, however. Just like in Rankin v McPherson, this is political commentary.
"It's about time for a presidential assassination" isn't significantly different by removing the words "by me". That could easily be inferred.
Political commentary involves the advocation of murder in your world?
Having trouble sleeping tonight, so I got up and have been watching videos of the libs crying and screaming. It is actually pretty damned hilarious and pathetic at the same time. No, maybe disturbing if you really think about it.Libtard tears of unfathomable sadness are delicious!
