That and Georgia figured out we didn't know how to handle a delayed blitz. Trey Smith in particular was guilty of being over aggressive and helping the center too much when a delayed blitz came from the LB right in his spot. However, to me thats a coaching issue, not a Trey Smith talent or effort issue like some are saying on here. Idk how there are actual "fans" out there that would ever disrespect Trey like I've read in this thread. Its sickening. The young man has literally put his life on the line for the Vols and he's playing injured right now. They were bad but alot of it was not changing the protection and they obviously had our snap count figured out. Everything is too robotic with JG. Once a team figures out his tendencies they shut him down. A lot of the second half miscues could of been avoided with checking into a different play, maybe changing your snap count, or go to a hard count and make them jump. They got a head start a lot of times yesterday. They had our snap count timed..
