I know Josh McDaniels is thought to be one of the NFL next head coaches, but I wonder what it would take to get him to Knoxville? Just throwing out his name, not even sure we could pay him the salary he makes with the Patriots. He is a brilliant minded OC, even when Brady has had no weapons, Daniels has always found a way to get his Offense rolling.
He is the head coach in waiting at New England.... Why would he leave competing for Super Bowls for rebuilding a college program?I know Josh McDaniels is thought to be one of the NFL next head coaches, but I wonder what it would take to get him to Knoxville? You mean Tom Brady? There is a reason coordinators come and go from that organization but nothing changes. There is also a reason coaches leave New England yet they don't really install the same offense. That organization will be a shell of it's former self when Brady retires and even moreso when Belichik leaves.
