Offensive coordinator search thread

He played in a pro style offense. He didn’t run or coach anything. This is the same as people saying hire Tee last offseason. Outside of him being a UT alum, there is zero reason to hire either of those guys.

It would have to be an upgrade from Helton and I would say Peyton called most of his own plays

You do realize that lawyers put all type of crap in lawsuits? He’s made two stops since Baylor and in both stops he’s putting up big offensive numbers. I know everybody doesn’t share this view but I’m ok with him being an oc here because I know he’ll have the best offense in the league

Though most of you HIGHLY disagree with the chip lindsey hire. I am behind it. He is a good OC.. you cant look at Auburn with honest eyes and believe he is calling the plays. That is 100% Gus's offense. Thats why Chip wants out. There is a connection between him and pruitt. He used to coach at Hoover Highschool. He is a good Coordinator in a bad situation. I think its possible to believe this is a similar situation bob shoop was in. Bad Coord here but dude is a stud at Miss St. Its all about fits. Chip would fit in great here.
