Off season workout schedule

For this who know or can point me in the right direction to find out, but what is the off season schedule? When can the team and EE's begin workouts with the SC staff?

Dang. Thought this was a group thing for Vol Nation to participate in
We can make it happen, someone post a workout for the day and the rest of us can knock it out. We can give our all for Tennessee!!! We can be the best in shape fan base in college sports!!!! We already hold the title to everything else.

They start the day off early with a breakfast burrito and the go into a roughly 1.5 hour session focusing on power lifting and speed training. This is done 6 days a week. This includes back squats, power cleans, medicine balls, free weights, chains, heavy bags, sleds, mat drills, plyometrics, and absolutely no machines.
