We change AD’s but the same incompetence continues and yet it’s no one’s fault within the UT administration? I will hang up and listen.

I am speculating? You mean like 100% of the people in this thread including yourself? I am not speculating on the previous coaching searches and nothing has been brought to light that proves it will be any less disappointing.

Each off-season, Saban is noted for making the rounds picking the brains of all available offensive minds to pick up a little something something new to use in the future.

That is all CJP is doing. He is just interviewing and learning everyone's thoughts.

How can Tennessee think about hiring a coach and the media and people are harping on us about what kind of bad people we are and hypocrites we are and when everyone else in the SEC ESPECIALLY Alabama would hire someone like this or worse the media and people talk as if everyone deserves a second chance and that person has changed blah blah blah. We get bashed every which way around just tired of it......ok I'm done...

sorry, couldn't resist that. 90% of what is posted on this board is opinion and speculation and you
want "evidence" ?

my statement was based on there being a Pruitt-Kiffin-Briles nexus. Kiffin has publically stated in a
radio interview that he has spoken with Briles giving him all the positive reasons why he should come to Tennessee and its well known that Pruitt and Kiffin are friends and talk fairly often and its a safe bet they have discussed the OC situation. with Kiffin lobbying P:ruitt to hire Briles. Kiffin said he would love to see Briles calling plays for the Vols next year and he would be very successful.

that is enough for me to write what i did. thanks for your interest.
