My intention in this was not to "Slam" Arian Foster. I personally like the guy since for the most part he's stayed out of trouble and has been a class act. I became a fan of his after the Kentucky game his freshman year. I will admit though that I am more of a fan of Hardesty as of now. I'm simply stating that the majority of the fanbase (from my perspective of course) believe that Hardesty (also a stand-up guy!) give us a better shot at scoring in certain situations or games. Game Play has shown this as well. It would seem to make more sense to at least have the two SPLIT the carries, instead of giving the entire workload to Foster. Especially since the season is pretty much Shot at this point of any kind of championship of any kind.
And i did NOT accuse him of receiving kickbacks or anything. I stated Does anyone "THINK" there is something underlying that would would give Fulmer the reasoning to keep one back in the game when its obvious that back is not producing (even if its on a game to game basis) and/or turning the ball over at crucial moments (which thankfully did not happen saturday). I wonder the same about keeping Crompton in for so long. What do the other backs have to do to get a fair shot? I know Foster is a hard worker. Thats evident. But who's to say Hardesty isn't? The boy has worked his A$$ off to come back from multiple injuries to be game-day ready, only to ride the bench most of the game with no fair explanation. (You can claim practice all you want)
And i would relish the chance to question the coaches, but unfortunately for Tennessee fans, the football coaches at this university don't entertain questions from fans on a frequent basis.
As a side note - I would rather have Foster, Hardesty, Creer, etc have the Record than Travis "Coke-head" Henry.
