You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. The ball was 1/2 foot from the goal line. GA had a nose head-up over the center. We come out in Shotgun (Shotgun from the 1/2 foot line). Jack Jones (Freshman Volnation fav) has the LB, Floyd responsibility who shows he is rotating to his right, our left. Our Freshman right guard has the responsibility to make the call that the LB just rotated to the right side to inform the Center and Left Guard. That call never came from our Freshman. Therefore our Left Guard blocks out instead of in to close the gap. The Center does what a Center does at the 1/2 foot line when in a head up Nose situation. The Fumble happened due to an idiot coach that lined up in a Shotgun from the 1/2 foot line and due to a Freshman not making a Line of Scimmage call. It's that simple. For you to disparage our Senior Center is showing how ignorant you are and for Butchnut to comment further shows how ignorant he is.
I didn't see any rotation from an LB. He walked slowly up to the line from his pre-snap stance. Stocstill put a hat on him, but it was too late as the ball carrier ran into them.
Regardless, the fumble is on the ball carrier. You could argue he didn't have much time to secure the ball, and that's valid, but the fumble is ultimately his.
This tit-for-tat about the O-line is old.
