I don't think Tennessee would have quite as much appeal as Florida, per say, just because of the in-state talent issues.
However, it is nationally recognized as a perenially strong program with outstanding resources and support - and our administration has shown that it isn't prone to rash decisions in an undermining fashion, such as 'bama. Those factors alone would draw significant interest. At the end of the day, however, I don't think we would be fishing in the Saban/Spurrier/NFL type waters, I think we would look for an up and comer with proven success in a couple of different locations, kind of like Pearl. That is, if there wasn't a Tennessee guy out there with a good resume...
