Lane is bigger, faster and stronger. Poole has his work cutout keeping him on the sidelines. Especially if he's not at 100%.
I'm guessing he posted this before reading the feedback. :lolabove:
Lane will run wild against those end of season defenses, so Poole needs to hold him off by proving himself against some very worthy midseason foes. Once Lane puts up 500+ yards against UK and Vandy, it'll be hard for Poole to win that job back.
If I was Poole, I'd be watching some old Hardesty film before going against that Bama defense. He's got to hit that small crack of a hole so fast and hard, he's got 3 yards before those 5 or so Tide defenders start taking their pops on gang tackling. That 4th yard that we need has to come from a lot of wreckless momentum.
correct which would only stregthen how ignorant Justin's stance is. The top RB recruits who are not a bust do not get buried in two different depth charts. They earn their way to a starting position and typically do it as a freshman.

He did produce in the SEC when he was backing up a 2nd round pick.
Really ? a third of his total yards came against WKU which had the worst D to come into Neyland in a long time. Maybe his hip injury had a little to do with it, but he neither showed the speed to run away from or the power to run over any defender on the SEC level.
His whiff of a block that got his QB drilled today was nothing short of pathetic. I hate it for the kid if he doesn't want to be at KSU, but if you're going to play at least put forth your best effort or just quit. Maybe he'll wake up and realize this soon.
The kid has some physical tools and I still think it's way too early in his career to label him a complete bust, but anybody that thinks he's given any NFL team anything to look forward to so far is delusional.
I'm not saying he should have been overhyped by a recruiting website.
I'm saying the guy did his job in his one year here. To say otherwise is ignorant.
